Peak Services is a locally owned cleaning and janitorial company serving Ketchikan, Alaska. Founded by Megan Olmstead, a Ketchikan native, the business grew from a high school side hustle into a trusted service supporting residential, commercial, and short-term rental clients across the community.

Today, Peak Services brings over 100 years of combined experience in professional cleaning and facility care through its team and partners.

Megan also serves as a nationally registered first responder—a role that continues to shape how the business operates. Working in high-pressure environments requires the ability to think quickly, stay calm, and make decisions with clarity. It’s not about rushing—it’s about moving with purpose, prioritizing what matters, and executing efficiently under pressure.
