Peak Services is a cleaning company, not a data business. We collect what we need to quote and carry out your work, we use it for that, and we do not sell it.

We have never sold customer information and we do not intend to. We do not share it with anyone for their marketing, and we do not trade or rent contact lists.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone.
You can stop at any time
Reply STOP to any text and the messages stop. Ask us to delete your details and we will, except where we have to keep a record of work done.

What we collect
When you request a quote. Your name, email address, mobile number and the address of the property, plus whatever you tell us about the work — the size of the place, its condition, access details, and what you would like done.
When you become a client. The scheduling details of your service, access instructions you give us, notes about how you like the property cared for, and a record of the cleanings we have carried out.
Photographs of the work. Our technicians photograph the work they complete, for quality and for your records. How that is handled — and how to ask us not to — is on our policies page.
Ordinary website data. This site records the usual anonymous traffic information — pages visited, roughly where in the world a visit came from. It is not tied to you and we do not use it to build a profile of anybody.

How we use it
To quote your work, to schedule it, to turn up at the right place with the right information, and to tell you about your own appointments. That is the whole of it.
We do not use your details for advertising, we do not run marketing campaigns to our customer list, and we do not pass your information to anyone who does.
Text messages
Your mobile number, specifically
Carriers require us to be exact about this, and it is worth being exact about anyway.
When you submit a request on this site you agree to the following, which appears on the form itself: “By submitting this form, you agree to receive text messages from Peak Services regarding scheduling and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP or STOP to opt out.”
Existing clients may instead give us their mobile number and agree to scheduling texts in person or by phone when service is arranged. Either way, we record that the permission was given before we text anybody.
We use it to send you reminders about your own scheduled cleaning and to confirm when the work is finished, and for one-to-one messages between our office and you about your service. We do not send marketing texts.

Who else sees it
Only the companies whose tools we use to run the business, and only so that they can provide those tools to us. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. That means our messaging provider, which delivers the texts; our hosting and database providers, which store the scheduling records; and our email provider.
We will also disclose information if the law requires it. Beyond that, nobody — no data brokers, no advertisers, no lead resellers.

How long we keep it, and your choices
We keep client records for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards, because a property we cleaned two years ago may call us again and the notes matter. Quote requests that never became work are kept only as long as they are useful.
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply STOP to any text to stop messages. We may need to keep a minimal record of work carried out and of your opt-out itself, so that we do not text you again by mistake.
This site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information about anybody under 13.
