The terms of our text message programme. Short, because the programme is: we tell you when we are coming, and we tell you when we are done.

Reply STOP to any message from us. You will get one confirmation and then nothing further.

Costs
We do not charge for messages. Message and data rates may apply from your own mobile carrier.
The programme
What this is
Programme name: Peak Services Scheduling Notifications.
What we send: a reminder the evening before a cleaning we have scheduled for you, and a message confirming the work is complete. Our office may also reply to you directly about your own service. We do not send marketing or promotional texts on this programme.
How often: message frequency varies with how often we clean for you. A client on a weekly cleaning can expect roughly two messages a week; an occasional client may go months without one. We do not send messages unrelated to your own service.
Who it is for: our own cleaning customers. We do not buy, rent or import phone numbers from anybody.
Consent
How you joined
If you requested a quote through this website, the form carried this notice and you agreed to it when you submitted: “By submitting this form, you agree to receive text messages from Peak Services regarding scheduling and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP or STOP to opt out.”
If you became a client another way, you gave us your mobile number and agreed to scheduling texts when the work was arranged — in person at the walkthrough, or by phone. We record that before we text anybody.
Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of buying anything from us. You can be a client and not receive texts; tell us and we will take you off.
Stopping and starting
Opting out, and back in
Reply STOP to any message to stop all messages on this programme. You will receive one final message confirming it, and after that we will not text you. You can also ask us by email or in person.
If you stop the messages and later want them back, reply START to the same number, or tell us.
Stopping texts does not cancel your cleaning. We will reach you another way about your service.
The rest
Carriers, privacy, and reaching us
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your signal, and neither is something we control — in Southeast Alaska that is worth saying plainly.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. What we collect and why is set out in our privacy policy.
